I saw this vegetable at the Sparr yesterday. It's a "pagoda karifol" - karifol means cauliflower - and pagoda... well that's a gimme. BUT - I have NEVER seen a vegetable like this, and I spent 6 years working in produce. Eat your heart out Jim Josephson! I dont' know how to cook it, so I probably won't - but I thought it was worth the 100 forints to show others.
