Family holiday (vacation) exercise

We did an exercise in class where the students in each group assumed the role of a family member. They were to discuss and compromise as to where they would take a family holiday. Each family member had an idea of what they wanted to do and where they wanted to go. They had to compromise and choose a destination for the family. The pictures below are of my 9A students acting out this exercises – notice the “grandma” (with the fleece for hair) and the “mom” with his sweatshirt tied around his waist backwards to show his skirt. They were quite funny.

brother dies so he doesn't go on the trip... interesting solution?
